Before our cleaning experts arrive for your scheduled cleaning, remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces – including clothing, kids toys and any other items/products that are normally not located in that area/space.
If you have pets, please find a good spot for your pets so they are safe and comfortable while we clean.
Put out clean sheets on each bed if we will be changing your linens.
Lastly please leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter, If payment has not already been arranged.
What to expect from "US" your cleaning company.
Most customers are at work or busy with plans when we clean, so it's common for them to provide us with their spare key or garage code. But if you don't feel comfortable leaving us a key or door code, please make sure someone is home during the scheduled cleaning time. If you’re home when our cleaning experts arrive, that’s great. Our experts will happily work around you. Allowing for your normal activities in the home.
Time: all homes lived are not the same and cleaning thoroughly sometimes means staying longer than usual at a home to give it some extra attention. Our teams spend the time needed to get the best possible result.
Expectations: For any reason our cleaning experts don't meet your expectations, we will come back and fulfill our guarantee on our work. Notify us within 24 hours about any issue at all.
We are insured, therefore If something is damaged during the course of a cleaning, then we will make every effort to repair, or when necessary, replace the damaged item. That's because we provide all the necessary insurance to protect your home, property and our employees.
Cancellations or rescheduling: We understand that some situations are just unavoidable. If something comes up that causes a conflict in your cleaning schedule, just call us to reschedule or cancel the cleaning. We appreciate a 48-hour notice.
